Wolters Kluwer in Belgium and TOCO will work together to better help Entrepreneurs and Accountants with accounting
"Let every user generate an impact faster for his organization"
18th of November, 2019 – Wolters Kluwer, enters into a collaboration with TOCO. This is a start-up from Ghent, which offers a platform that helps entrepreneurs, bookkeepers and accountants to organize and optimize their work as efficiently as possible.
Today, many bookkeepers, accountants and entrepreneurs deal with an ever-increasing financial burden. This creates a lack of structure. In order to tackle that problem and to extend the robust user experience for customers of its accounting, tax and office software, Wolters Kluwer Belgium will collaborate with the Ghent start-up TOCO. TOCO is a platform that helps simplify financial administration for SMEs and accountants thanks to software specially developed for this purpose.
Wolters Kluwer, Tax & Accounting, Belgium will create open integration opportunities between its software and the platform that TOCO has developed. Through more efficient communication and the easy exchange of documents such as invoices and official declarations, the cooperation between accountants and entrepreneurs can be greatly optimized and digitized. As a result, we meet the demands and expectations of our users and we help them to quickly and correctly generate impact for their organization in a smooth, intuitive way. As a result of the collaboration, any end user would be able to reap the benefits of the long history of Wolters Kluwer domain expertise and domain knowledge.
“Our strengths complement each other perfectly, so that we will support our customers – independent bookkeepers, accountancy offices and entrepreneurs – even better in their daily financial reporting. By opening integration between our software packages and the TOCO platform, the end user can have a more user-friendly, digital experience,” says Ronny De Goedt, Managing Director for Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Belgium.
By integrating TOCO in Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting Belgium software packages, a lot of information will be able to automatically flow from the platform to the software packages, which means that every user will work more efficiently. Adding documents to their file faster helps ensure that entrepreneurs can consult updated financial insights more often and faster. The TOCO platform also allows you to make payments. TOCO, for example, has the option to pay with QR codes and a PSD2 license is now also being applied for.
“We are proud that Wolters Kluwer Belgium offers us this opportunity. Our software supports accounting firms and SMEs in their daily administration and communication. We want to form an easily understandable financial compass and to relieve the end customer as much as possible. The automated process saves time for the accountant, which means that they can invest more time in providing advice to the end customer, ”says Philippe Kimpe, CEO of TOCO.
